What can you expect for compensation?

Compensation Varies based on you and your Intended Parent

• Those with few, if any issues, will likely be easier and faster to match
• Base will be $40,000-$75,000 for a first time GC
• Experienced GCs can expect up to $115,000 as a base
• There are other financial bonuses for varies stages, procedures & milestones
• Wage reimbursements for both you and your support person
• Child Care, Clothing, Gas, etc are also covered
• Acupuncture, Massages, Pedicures, Maid Service, etc
• Other financial bonuses 

What are some of the items we will need from you?

• Copy of your Driver's License & Social Security Card(s)
• Insurance Information
• Support Person Information
• Potentially Pay Stubs 
• HIPPA Form Release Signed
• OB/Delivery Hospital Information for each birth
• Background Check
• Signed Benefit Agreement
• Potentially Other Agreement(s)

• Reviewing of Records
• Surrogate Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist 
• Surrogate Mental Health Check/Partner as well
• Tracking of Menstrual Cycle
• Pap Smear, if needed

• Prepare and complete profile
• Prep call via Zoom
• GS and IP Exchange and Approval
• Zoom meeting with GS & IP
• Match Confirmed!! 

Now is when it gets very exciting! If travel is needed, you will travel to the IVF clinic with your support person. There, you will complete your labs. Some labs may be able to be completed locally. Once the IVF doctor approves you, you will receive your medical clearance. 

Once you receive your medical clearance, you will receive referrals for legal counsel. Your counsel should always be different than your IPs and anyone else's. All parties including the surrogate, their partner and the IPs will sign the legal contract.
