 A gestational surrogate is a woman who carries and delivers a baby for intended parents, using an embryo created through in vitro fertilization (IVF) that is not genetically related to her. Unlike traditional surrogacy, where the surrogate's own egg is used, gestational surrogacy uses eggs from the intended mother or an egg donor. This arrangement allows intended parents to have a biological connection to their child while the surrogate takes on the physical role of carrying the pregnancy.

 A personal case worker provides invaluable support to intended parents by guiding them through each step of the surrogacy process, from initial planning to the final stages of parenthood. They offer personalized assistance, answering questions, coordinating with medical professionals, and facilitating communication between all parties involved. Our embryologists and IVF doctors have over 150 years of combined experience! This equates to high success rates above the national averages. Please ask your physician during consultation what the current rates are. 

Each procedure is different, according to your personal situation. For example, will you be using donor eggs? If you are using your eggs or your partner's eggs, you will need to take fertility medications to promote egg production in the ovaries. Then, you would undergo a minimally invasive egg retrieval process. After the eggs are collected, they will be fertilized with the Intended Father's sperm. After embryos are created, IVF is performed. You can ask more questions during your consultation. 

We work with International Intended Parents every day! We can answer all of your questions regarding citizenship, etc. All babies born in the US are automatically eligible for citizenship in America and passports, no matter what your nationality is. However, some international IPs may choose to get temporary visas or passports from their own country. Please bring up any concerns you may have during your consultation.

Before matching begins, you will receive a complete, in-depth profile of your Surrogate Mother that includes such things as photographs, medical history, education, etc.
